How long is a tour?

The tour is typically 40-45 mins and always does a loop and returns to the departure point

What is the cancellation policy?

We can give a full refund if you let us know you cannot make your tour 24hrs before departure time. please always call us if you are unable to make a tour or are running late. we will always do our best to accomodate you

What if the weather is bad?

We try our best to operate in bad weather conditions. we have umbrellas, hot water bottles and blankets, depending on what you need. however in the event of extreme weather that is unsafe we will cancel the tour. if you do not wish to go due to bad weather we can offer a refund if informed before the departure time

Can we take drinks on the tour?

We have a cafe bar on site called “the Mooring” the boats are licenced premises and only alcohol purchased by the business can be consumed. please feel free to bring your own soft drinks or snacks
